RESERVATION TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. 5% non refundable deposit required upon booking. Confirmation of booking will be issued to you upon receipt of deposit.

2. In event of cancellation the following charges will apply 25% booking deposit is non – refundable 2- 4 weeks of arrival date further 25% cost of booking will apply Within 2 weeks of arrival 100% of cost of booking will apply

3. For bookings of 4 rentals or more 25% non refundable deposit is required upon booking with balance of payment 2 weeks prior to arrival date.

4. Security deposit of EUR€100.00 per rental is required upon Check in. This will be refunded upon departure once rental has been cleared by Supervisor. Damage of property and/or it’s contents will be deducted from deposit. Excessive damage to any property will be sole responsibility or the person who made booking.

5. If behaviour or conduct of any person staying is likely to affect safety or well being of any other guest or of themselves the rental will be cancelled with no refund.

6. Breakfast is not included in Rental price. This can be pre- arranged for groups upon request.

7. Check – In 12 mid-day – 12 midnight. Please inform resort if later arrival is requested. Check Out 10 a.m. late departures may be organised subject to availability

8. Linen & Towels are supplied with linen change every 7 day cycle. Extra Linen/towels required will be supplied at extra Charge.

9. No pets allowed. Guide Dogs welcome

10.Should the accommodation you have booked not be available due to circumstances beyond our control we will try to find similar accommodation for you or full refund will be given

11. The resort is not responsible for any loss of valuables or property during your stay or left behind after departure

12. The proprietors, supervisors of Resort may at all times visit your rental property to inspect property or carry out any necessary repairs or maintenance.
